Introducing the latest addition to Michael Stevenson's backroom team – Jasmin Webb, Team Physiotherapist.
AFC North Kilworth Women are delighted to welcome Jasmin Webb to the club as our Team Physiotherapist for the 2026/27 season.
Jasmin joins an ambitious backroom team with a genuine passion for player welfare and development. Currently pursuing her dream career within sports therapy and physiotherapy through university, she brings enthusiasm, professionalism and a desire to continually learn and develop.
Working alongside Team First Aider Eva Douglas and Goalkeeping Coach Jeanette Stevenson, Jasmin forms part of a dedicated medical and player welfare team that will ensure our players receive the very best care throughout the season, both on matchdays and during training.
We caught up with Jasmin to find out more about her appointment.
Welcome to AFC North Kilworth! How does it feel to be joining the club?
I'm excited for the future and can't wait to work with such a dedicated and amazing group of coaches and players.
What made AFC North Kilworth the right club for you, and why did you decide to join the project?
The team already looks ready to compete at a high standard. You can see the passion and dedication not only from the players but also from everyone involved behind the scenes, and that's something I wanted to be part of.
Tell our supporters a little about yourself and your journey so far.
I'm currently working towards my dream career within sports therapy and physiotherapy through university. I'm passionate about helping athletes recover from injury, improve their physical wellbeing and perform at their very best, and I'm excited to put those skills into practice within a football environment.
You'll be working under Michael Stevenson. What excites you most about working alongside him and the coaching team?
He seems like he's got a funny personality!
More importantly, you can clearly see how dedicated he is to taking the team as far as possible, and that's something I'm really looking forward to being part of.
What values and qualities do you hope to bring to the players and the club?
Dedication, ambition and passion.
I want to help players through injuries, support their recovery back to full physical fitness and always be there for the team both on and off the pitch.
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Passionate. Willing. Ambitious.
What are your ambitions for yourself and the team this season?
Personally, I want to continue gaining knowledge and experience within sports therapy and physiotherapy while supporting the players throughout the season.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop my career alongside my university studies while helping the team achieve its ambitions.
What can players expect from you on the training pitch and on matchdays?
Players can expect a passionate physiotherapist who is always willing to learn, adapt and do everything possible to help them stay fit, healthy and performing at their best.
How important is creating a positive environment on and off the pitch?
It's incredibly important.
Ensuring players build strong relationships with one another and maintain a positive mindset creates an environment where confidence can flourish—and that always shows on the pitch.
Finally, do you have a message for the AFC North Kilworth supporters?
Come on Killy!!

"Getting Jas on board is a big step and a real show of intent from both the club and the team. Football is many things on a Sunday afternoon, but player welfare is absolutely essential.
Helping players be in the best possible condition before and after both matches and training sessions is something we take incredibly seriously. Jas is at the start of what I believe will be a fantastic career in sports therapy, and we're delighted to support her development along the way.
Working alongside Jas, together with the experience of Eva and Netty, gives us a fantastic medical and player welfare team for the season ahead. I'm really looking forward to seeing them work together in supporting our players throughout the campaign."
